That's one way to do it, you can also get an account with an image hosting web site like image shack or photo bucket. They're both free and when you have your account, you can upload pictures onto their site. They will provide a link for you to use in your posts. Copy and paste one of them (I would recommend the URL link) into your post. When someone clicks on the link, they will see your picture.

Also, if possible, I would edit that picture. Your teamspeak server and password is in your guild announcement.
